You can certainly: get infections without having had intercourse. Bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections are two conditions that can happen spontaneously, due to a disruption in the normal pH balance and environment of your vaginal tract. If you have recently taken antibiotics, or douche too often, or use foreign objects, you can get infections. Please see a healthcare provider for proper exam and diagnosis.
