Retractile testicle: Sounds like a retractile testicle which is a benign condition due to hyperactive testis cord muscle pulling up the testicle. If you have pain however another cause would be an intermittent torsion of the testicle which needs to be fixed surgically. Would recommend examination by a urologist and get testicular ultrasound and doppler
