Details matter!!!!!: WHICH PILL?????? Some make acne better, some make it worse. Depends on the progesterone. I hope you do not smoke. SPIRONOLACTONE, with or without a birth control pill, will stop your acne. Usual dose is 100mg but can be 25 to 200mg. If good result in 3 months, continue. Very safe, costs $5 a month. Not if pregnant or in kidney failure.
