Red spots: May be bed bugs,scabies, or folliculitis ( infection of hair follicles), or tinea (fungal ) , pitryasis or eczema . Liver disease can cause intching as can kidney disease, but that is less likely and the spots of liver disease do not blister. Try antihistamines , benedryl at night for 1-2 weeks, try topical bacitracin or zinc oxide -may be infected.Fungal .scabies need treatment need f/u with doc
