2 periods/ month: Could just be a variant. But would check HCG, May consider sonogram looking for poylyps, fibroids, ovarian lesions , ectopic, miscarriage .May also be the beginning of perimenopause.Would chekc thyroid ,TSH/T4. as well f/u/ w/ doc
