White tongue: 25 year old gentleman with PMH significant for insomnia, headache concerned about white tongue and nausea/headaches. I think you should visit your primary care physician to see if you may or may not have thrush, which is an overgrowth of fungus on your tongue. Make sure to clean your bite guard thoroughly and maintain excellent oral hygiene. The MD can also help you with your nausea/headaches.
