A member asked:

What do you mean by bilateral celebral dysrythmias? what are the symptoms in a child? what are the treatments for the same?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Behavioral correlate: convulsive bilateral cerebral dysrythmias NOT associated with seizures were found in half the children referred for school behavioral issues in one study. Treatment with anti-epileptic drugs seemed to help with behavioral problems. The term is applied to abnormal ECG thythms without actual epileptic activity.
