Not likely: In real life, that should not happen. Rinsing well should remove and/or disable the sperm. However, life can be full of surprises. That means a couple who is having sex should be ready for that rare but cute little surprise baby. In the U.S., it is not recommended to wash and re-use condoms, although it is understandable that some people will Re-use, Reduce, Recycle.
