See a doctor: You may have an infection of the scrotum or its contents. Swelling of the scrotum can occur with twisting of a testicle (cutting off the blood flow to the testicle) called torsion. Torsion must be assessed quickly to prevent loss of the testicle. Please see a physician as soon as possible.
