Not on the outside: The outside is the vulva and is where people wipe. The inside is the vagina. In real life, sperm has to be intentionally put inside the vagina if order to have a reasonable chance of getting pregnant. Wiping the opening of the vagina, the vulval area, doesn't lead to pregnancy.
