Transferring meds: Be sure you have no refills left on either Rx. If none, contact prescribing doctor or weekend covering doc to call your Michigan pharmacy to give you 1-2 weeks more meds until you find a new physician. Find a new pcp right away. He/she may prescribe Lexapro and Buspar (buspirone) or refer you to a psychiatrist for med management. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
