Very unlikely: A properly collected home pregnancy test taken a week after a missed period (the day menstruation was supposed to start) will catch 98% of pregnancies by that time. To be absolutely sure, you can repeat a test 1 week after the first if you've still not started your period, but chances are quite low (less than 1 in 50).
