Red Phlegm(BLOODY): Do you mean that you cough up reddish phlegm.If that is the case you need to consult your Doctor as red phlegm means there is blood in it.It may be coming from your lungs,trachea bronchi or throat.The only way you can find out is by getting checked. We don't have enough information like your age,if you smoke,on any meds&any co existing condition It can be due to infection,trauma or cancer
