Very, very minimal: A very small amount of low % alcohol - beer, wine on a special occasion may be ok, but there are moderately risky effects of mixing these. You may lower blood pressure too much (your Rx mix already can do it) and you may be dizzy, faint or make errors - do not drive! Try to find a better way to enjoy yourself.
