Torn tissue: The mechanics of sex will stretch and twist tissue. Sometimes this will produce small tears in the frenum, or attachment of the foreskin.That should be visible to close examination (mirror might help) .If this comes out of your pee hole, it is unexpected and should be evaluated by a urologist.
