Not helpful: Unless you have sores or open skin, a cream will not help. Rest and a tincture of time are the remedies that will work.

Pain penis: hello~ Probably a bit of ICE and a few days off duty will help the most. Sex is great but doesnt do well of you break the equipment so take it easy. A thought ~ do you have a very marked straight up erection because if so reg sex can be painful and a trip to the Urologist and a snip of the pyramidalis muscle can help a lot !You can use 1% hydrocort~ creme si tu veux ~
