How much volume in ml would it take to completely fill the sinuses?

Umm, why?: You can't fill your own sinuses. Everyone's sinus volume varies anyway, some people have practically no sinuses. If you are thinking about irrigating your nose then be sure to do so with very clean (boiled) water or saline and just use enough until you feel the job is done...it will all come out anyway.
