Gonorrhea: You should see a doctor. You should be tested for syphillis, HIV, and chlamydia. Ciprofloxacin is not effective against Neisseria Gonorrhea. Gonorrhea should be treated with an intramuscular shot of Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM and in addition one should take a dose of azithromycin simultaneously 1 gram by mouth. Don't take it: Gonorrhea is not reliably treated with ciprofloxacin and related drugs, especially in Asia. You'll need an injection of ceftriaxone, and oral azithromycin or doxycycline as well. There are excellent STD clinics and specialists in Bangkok; visit one for professional management.
