Not specific: Unless the drought is so severe that your water intake is limited, I do not see any specific medical issues. If the ground gets too dry and dust storm becomes a problem, it may affect those with lung diseases such as asthma. If you reduce your bathing significantly due to the drought, this is a personal hygiene issue. Most of the problem will be emotional especially re. aesthetics.
