High blood pressure: We declare hypertension (high blood pressure) if systolic (top) greater than 140 or diastolic (bottom) greater than 90 two or more times. So purchase a blood pressure cuff & track your BP at home after resting at least 5min each time. Then share record & cuff w/your doc. Tingling in hands could be carpal tunnel syndrome. Many reasons for fatigue. Discuss results w/your Family Doc.
