Colon Inf/bact toxin: You may have eaten something spoiled. You may have C-dificille if U recently had antibiotics. Could be viral. If food has toxins from bacteria (i.e., spoiled) U can have diarrhea from toxin few days, assuming food cooked well killing bacteria. If does not clear up in a day or so, see Internist for exam and be sent for stool culture and Ova and parasites. Get a CBC. You have not mentioned fever.
