INR levels: I am not familiar with INR levels in the UK but using US standards an INR of 10 is very high. Clarify with your physician. Irregular bleeding is very common on the contraceptive implant. It is random and unpredictable. Irregular periods are also common in your late 40’s as one approaches menopause. At age 47 this is typical. If you are concerned something else is wrong have your Obgyn do an exam.
