Fish smell: Mouth or vaginal lips? If mouth strep as can have a strep "odor", treat with amoxicillin / zithromax (strep causes lip swelling) or sinusitis , GERD, choline in diet.In vaginal area usually a sign of BV which is treated with Flagyl - also tight underwear, douching. .Rare disorder called trimethylaminuria causes a fish odor, rarely liver or kidney or cervical ca F/U w/ doc
