Abd pain / squatting: Male or female? Age? Could be constipation, gas in splenic flexure, lesion in colon, ovary issue, intermal hernia like spigelian, low grade diverticulits but that would manifest by now , rarely vascular/vavular due to increased venous return . f/u/ with doc
