Professional Help: Ptsd needs one on one counselling and a medical/psychological approach to provide the child with support. This is an issue which needs to be addressed with the help of a physician and referral to a mental health provider.

Professional help.: Find a therapist who is experienced in working with children and who has expertise in post traumatic stress disorder. Yes, they are out there. The sooner the child has treatment the better (if symptomatic).
