Vit D: It is possible you have vitamin D deficiency. You should get checked. There are other things that can cause bodyaches. You will need to consult with a clinician to evaluate further and get to the root cause. Vitamin D is generally dosed in International Units (IU). A typical dose is 1000 or 2000 IU per day, but can also be much higher. Treatment usually lasts at least 12 weeks, if not longer.
