My boyfriend and i were having sex and i started to feel pain in my vagina like a cramping every time he thrusted, and he also said he felt the cramping inside of me, what could this be from?

Cramping during sex: Assuming you have had sex with him before - unlikely that it has anything to do with your BF - was the cramping only in 1 position? - It may have simply been simple physics causing the cramping - your body positions causing unusual forces on your body causing the cramping. He was likely feeling the muscles contracting. I would try a different position and see if that helps Good luck
