Night sweats...: ...can be due to infection (with fever breaking during the night). Also by endocrine problems, such as overactive thyroid. Several other possibilities as well, and any of these could cause malaise (generally feeling poorly) or nausea. This is something to see a doctor about, soon. Also consider taking your temperature 3-4 times a day for a few days, including bedtime and after night sweats.
