Is it poss to have microscopic colitis w/of diarrhea? i was dx w/ it , but i don't have diarrhea. my stool does change though when i have an attack.

Yes that is possible: yes..a mild case might not result in diarrhea..though speak to your doctor about the diagnosis to be sure it was not some sort of transient inflammation rather than true chronic microscopic colitis...
