Med. Change: Adding Wellbytrin, or Effexor could eliminate sexual side effects (decreased libido) But ultimately changing antidepressant will be necessary to some newer one like Brintellix , Viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) or Fetzima. In my practice I offer the 3th solution, which gives NO side effects, namely TMS, transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, but with no insurance coverage this option is rader expansive. I hpe it helped MW
