It won't help: Vaginal discharge (old term "leukorrhea") that is colored (yellow, green, etc) usually is an infection that needs antibiotic treatment. At age 23, most common causes are STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomonas. Other infections also are possible. Amla (Indian gooseberry oil) or honey won't help, might make it worse, and would delay proper Rx, increasing complication risk. See a doctor soon.
