Probably not: Make sure your obstetrician knows about your herpes. If oral herpes, there should be no effect at all. If genital, she will know how to take necessary precautions to be sure your baby isn't infected during delivery. Even for women with genital herpes, the risk to the baby from longstanding HSV is very low. The main risk comes when a woman first catches the virus in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
