Probably not: It's not likely to work. All the "azole" drugs (miconazole, clotrimazole, terconazole, fluconazole, tioconazole, and others) have the same efficacy against yeast. Up to 5-10% of vaginal yeast infections are resistant to them. Speak with your doctor about alternate treatments, e.g. flucytosine, caspofungin, and a few others. You'll need a prescription.
