PPD vs. PPD: PPD in hair dye is Paraphenylenediamine, a chemical which may cause scalp allergy. PPD test for Tb is "purified protein derivative", the stuff in the shot they put under your skin to see if it makes a lump if you've been exposed to Tb. It is a safe and effective test.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
