Not to my knowledge: The classic way to store and revive sperm is freezing in a special mixture in liquid nitrogen. They can be thawed and used for artificial insemenation. Length of time frozen does not seem to alter the fertility status . Other scientist may have some other ideas but these are the basic facts.
