Depends on your skin: Acne treatment is long term and needs to be changed and adjusted based on response from the patient. Proactive can be effective in some patients, as Retin A (tretinoin) or Benzoyl Peroxide, in different strengths. You should get your pediatrician first start you on a regimen, which you should follow religiously for 3 months before getting it adjusted as needed. Feel better??
