Depression: Thank you for informing about Depression , and Quinidine. Effexor (venlafaxine) is a medication for Depression, Omeprazole is for excess stomach acid which can be due to stress. It is ok to take Omeprazole, Effexor (venlafaxine) and Augmentin together Using Quinidine with Effexor (venlafaxine) can increase risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious.
