YES: If someone is colonizing VRE or MRS or any bacteria in their nose/throat your baby should NOT kiss them on the mouth..IN FACT (MY OPINION ONLY) Kids should not kiss non-family members on the mouth and by family I mean brothers/sisters/parents... Just an opinion! Hope it helps! Dr Z
