Depends on treatment: If treated with a single dose of azithromycin, you can safely conceive immediately. Azithro is not believed to be at all toxic to an embryo. If treated with doxycycline for a week, it would be best to avoid conception until 2-3 days after your last dose, so the antibiotic is entirely gone. Doxy isn't necessarily toxic to an embryo, but it might be; better safe than sorry.
