Bump on nipple: May be a cyst or a small folliculitis ( follicle infection)but since it is on the nipple get a mammogram. may need antibiotics topical and or systemic , Follow up with doc/urgent care

See your: doc or go to urgent care for an evaluation...you may have an infection. Your doctor will determine whether you need any further evaluation(e.g. mammogram etc..) depending on clinical findings and response to treatment.
