Testicular discomfor: Such symptoms after intercourse can be due to congestion, ligament strain or irritation of the epididymus which sits on top of the testicle. If these symptoms don't resolve, consult a urologist who will perform a careful testicular and scrotal examination for reassurance.

Nothing serious: The position of your testicle in your scrotum doesn't man anything. "Discomfort" in a testicle, without other symptoms, probably also isn't anything to worry about, unless you get significant enlargement, tenderness, etc. STDs for sure don't cause testicular elevation and testicular pain only rarely. My guess is you're just looking to closely and noticing normal body sensations.
