When in doubt: just check pregnancy test. And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. Your higher temperature may be a response to normal ovulation, though it is different from woman to woman. Monitor your symptoms to see if they will go away. If not, visit a GYN or family physician.
