Yes, commonly: Menstrual periods can vary in terms of amount o fbleeding, more commonly in early years. The difference is brought about by hormonal inequilibrium, some illness etc. It should stabilize in a few months. If not, pl get examined by your primary doctor or an Ob/Gynae for ruling out any medical condition. Feel better:)
