See doctor: If u have had pimples (? Folliculitis) on ur scalp for 11 months u shd see ur doctor or a dermatologist. As u may first need a course of antibiotics. Dandruff as well as the associated itching may trigger it and also shd be addressed. Another trigger ( common in India) is daily use of oil on scalp hair which shd be stopped. Good luck.
