Not masturbation: Masturbation will not do this, Masturbation causes no harm at all, unless it is so vigorous or compulsive that it injures the penis. Sorry, but that's the best I can do: seeing a doctor is the only way to know whether the "lumps" are abnormal or what the cause may be.
