May be HPV: I would recommend you visit a dermatologist. Once men and women become sexually active, HPV becomes a concern. HPV can lead to growths in men (genital warts) and cervical cancer in women. That is why women get a pap smear for surveillance. Go to a dermatologist and get checked and get your partner checked. Your dermatologist can burn these off with liquid nitrogen. Good luck.
