Unknown: There is not a direct correlation between prescription and uncorrected vision but it is probably around 20/400. We almost always use corrected vision which in your case may be 20/20.

Don't know: Your prescription is a measure of the power in diopters of your eye. You're considered nearsighted. Your near vision without wearing the contact lenses is likely normal. Your distance vision without the contacts would likely be 20/400 or worse, but with them near or at 20/20. Note that all of this assumes Optimal correction and healthy eyes.
