Different meds: Seroquel (quetiapine) is an antipsychotic med used for severe psychiatric disorders. It is not indicated for panic attacks in otherwise well-functioning people. Clonazepam has several uses including treating panic disorder. Be sure you discuss with prescribing doctor. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
