Tracker?: Loryna (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) is a combination (2-hormone) birth control pill. If a woman is taking the pills correctly, what's with the "tracker"? Women do not ovulate when on combination birth control pills. Women have no fertile days on those pills. They can have sex at any time on any day, and the birth control protection is the same... protected all the time, every day. If worried, just do a home pregnancy test.
