Be safe, get checked: It is unusual to have a reaction "a few weeks" after any vaccine. However, any injection can, on rare occasions, lead to a localized infection or other reaction. Return to the doctor who immunized you. Probably isn't nothing important, but better safe than sorry. Good luck!
